• Any loss or damage caused by third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer processing

In all cases, 55w Casino's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55w account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 55w Casino from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
